Krasnoyarsk’s "Pozitiv" Expands Production Capabilities with New Mimaki UJF-3042 MkII UV Printer.

The Krasnoyarsk-based advertising production company "Pozitiv" has recently enhanced its fleet with the installation of a Mimaki UJF-3042 MkII desktop flatbed UV printer.

Established in 2010 as a modest workshop with a single machine, "Pozitiv" has evolved into a prominent modern production hub. Today, the company offers a comprehensive range of services, including outdoor advertising, commercial printing, souvenir branding, bespoke wallpaper, awards, thermal stickers, and textile printing. Their expertise spans diverse technologies such as offset, digital, silk-screen, UV, DTF, wide-format printing, sublimation, laser engraving, and foil stamping.

The newly installed Mimaki UJF-3042 MkII features a 300 x 420 mm worktable and is equipped with three high-performance print heads. It utilizes original Mimaki LUS-120 LED-curable UV inks in a CMYK+W+Cl configuration. Designed for versatility, the printer handles substrates up to 153 mm thick and 5 kg in weight. Key technical features include an advanced head gap sensor, a bulk ink system (CISS), and a white ink circulation system, ensuring high-quality output with a uniform and dense white mask.
