Mimaki CG-160FXII Plus Plotter Boosts "Accent Print" Production Capacities.

The Omsk-based advertising production company "Accent Print" (RPK "Accent Print") has installed a Mimaki CG-160FXII Plus cutting plotter with a working width of 1.6 meters, replacing an aging Graphtec machine. The company specializes in outdoor and indoor advertising, POS materials manufacturing, information and mobile display stands, wide-format printing (including stickers, flag products, wallpapers, and canvas paintings), commercial printing, and the branding of souvenirs and vehicles.

The professional-grade Mimaki CG-160FXII Plus cutter is equipped with drag knives (up to 500 gf pressure) for various films, a punching tool for perforation, and a pen tool. It handles both roll and sheet media, cutting at speeds up to 1,000 mm/s with an accuracy of ±0.2 mm.

This model features ID Cut barcode cutting, Over-cut corner overlapping, Half-cut dotted cutting, and automatic crop mark recognition via a CCD camera. The plotter is fully optimized for convenient loading and uniform material feeding, featuring front and rear roll holders alongside adjustable media press grids. The equipment package includes the updated FineCut9 plugin for direct cutting output from Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
