Mimaki CJV200-160 Launch at GENSEI MERCH: Precision Eco-Solvent Printing for Premium Anime Merchandise and Stickers.

    This week, an engineer from our Ufa representative office completed the installation and commissioning of a new Mimaki CJV200-160 eco-solvent printer at the GENSEI MERCH print studio. The printer will be utilized for the production of sticker packs, advertising banners, posters, and canvases.
    GENSEI MERCH studio specializes in creating popular anime merchandise, including acrylic figures, keychains, dakimakura (body pillows), badges, and more.
The Mimaki CJV200, featuring an integrated contour cutting function and a 1.6m working width, is equipped with an Epson i3200 print head that delivers high resolutions of up to 1200 dpi. Thanks to Variable Dot Technology (ranging from 3 to 8.7 pl), the printer excels at both rich monochrome fills and tiny prints (stickers and labels) with intricate elements and text. Operating on a CMYK color scheme, the machine can reach speeds of up to 22 sqm/hr in production mode.
