Moscow Installed a New Printer for their customer

The EKOHIL sewing plant in Shatura, Moscow Oblast, has launched an advanced DTF lamination system, including an ARK-JET DTF JN-704 #JOYINJET printer and an ARK-JET DTF BL4 #JOYINJET powder shaker. The enterprise produces T-shirts, sweatshirts, suits, fisherman and hunter clothing, sportswear, headwear and accessories, and has its own brands Russian Soul and Russian Spirit.

The plant uses sublimation technology, DTG and thermal printing, as well as machine embroidery technology to create brands. EKOHIL's customers include: Kalashnikov Group, Russian Army and Spartak Sports Club. The plant also launched an anniversary collection of clothing and accessories for Spartak Sports Club called "Spartak 1935" to commemorate the club's legendary history.

The 60cm wide ARK-JET DTF JN-704 #JOYINJET printer is equipped with four Epson i3200 printheads and uses water-based pigment inks in a CMYK + W configuration, with a print speed of up to 22m2/hour. The same width powder shaker is equipped with 14 heating tubes to dry the powder for transfer to the garment.
