Last week, we installed the 240th unit of this model in the digital printing 'fingerprint' project in the capital.
This acquisition has unlocked new possibilities for the company. With printing costs now comparable to eco-friendly solvent-based printing, manufacturers can utilize diverse materials to produce high-margin products. Mimaki UV technology has enabled us to transcend the limitations of operating two Roland solvent printers, allowing us to incorporate previously unavailable materials: metallic and colored films, synthetic textiles and thin plastics, craft paper, uncoated thermal transfer films, artificial leather, and waterproof fabrics.
The second-generation UJV100-160 Plus UV printer incorporates all the best Mimaki innovations (including MAPS4, NCU/NRS, and DAS) while introducing new features: reduced ink consumption, consistently high print quality, three-layer printing, a cloud-based health monitoring tool, and significantly lower energy usage. It uses high-quality Artix LUS-170 (CMYK + W) UV ink for printing.
