The machine, with a working width of 1.6 meters, is equipped with two EPSON DX7 print heads. These heads are capable of forming the tiniest droplets (from 4 pl), which, combined with a set of effective hardware and software solutions, makes it possible to achieve excellent quality even in high-speed printing modes (maximum - 105 sq.m/h).
Special mention should be made of the MAPS4 function, which successfully combats inter-pass banding even when the printer is operating at the limit of its speed capabilities. The effectiveness of this technology is enhanced when using Marabu Mara Jet Di-FMS inks, whose optimized composition ensures stable supply and fast drying, which is critically important for high-performance printing modes.
At this RPK, the new JV300 has joined the existing fleet of Mimaki equipment, becoming the fourth machine of the Japanese brand. In addition to it, the Mimaki UJV100 roll UV printer, the Mimaki CJV150 eco-solvent printer, and the Mimaki CG plotter are successfully operating here. For printing on sheet materials, the Sprinter TC-F2132 UV printer is used, which features an impressive table size of 2.1 x 3.2 meters.
