1000027150 (WIPER, HEAD FELT CG2246) is an original Roland head felt wiper / cleaning felt, superseding the old part number 1000006736.

2. Functions

Core Function: During the printhead cleaning cycle, it wipes and cleans residual ink, ink sediment and dust on the side of the printhead to keep the printhead surface clean.

Installation Position: Installed inside the machine Maintenance Station. It works together with the rubber wiper and is a regular consumable part.

Key Value: Prevents residual ink from drying out and contaminating the printhead, avoids broken lines and color deviation in printing, and extends the service life of the printhead.
