Kameya Expands Fleet with Flagship Mimaki UCJV330-160 to Lead Smolensk’s Ad Market.

    The flagship Mimaki UCJV330-160 UV print-and-cut solution has been launched at Kameya, one of the largest advertising agencies in Smolensk, Russia, with over 20 years of market experience. The agency provides a full range of advertising services and manages more than 300 proprietary advertising surfaces throughout the Smolensk region.

    The Mimaki UCJV330-160 printer-cutter is equipped with dual print heads featuring an 1800 dpi resolution and a minimum drop size of 4 pl. Its cutting unit provides a downforce of up to 450g and speeds up to 300 mm/s. The device supports five-layer printing and includes features such as NCU/NRS (Nozzle Check/Recovery), MAPS4, and DAS. It also utilizes the new MWDT (Mimaki Weaving Dot Technology), which optimizes ink droplet placement based on printing modes. For finishing, it offers advanced functions like corner/circle overcutting, perforated cutting, borderless cutting, and ID Cut barcode-based cutting.

    The printer operates using Artix LUS-170 UV inks (CMYK + W + Cl), which match the physical characteristics and vibrancy of the original series. This machine perfectly complements the company's existing fleet, which includes a Mimaki CJV150-160 eco-solvent printer-cutter and an ARK-JET UV1610 G5i flatbed UV printer (1.6 x 1 m table).
