II. Core Functions of Printhead

1. Core piezoelectric inkjet component: Adopts Epson Micro Piezo technology to squeeze ink chamber and eject ink precisely, forming printed images on PVC self-adhesive vinyl, vehicle wrap, backlit film and other substrates, serving as the exclusive imaging component of large format inkjet printer.
2. Ink positioning & precision control: 360 nozzles deliver pinpoint ink output with native 360DPI resolution, up to 1440DPI via software interpolation to guarantee sharpness and solid color density of printed artwork.
3. Split ink channel design: Dual-channel per printhead supports either one color sharing two channels or two separate colors occupying one channel apiece, matching CMYK four-color eco-solvent ink output.
